Leaders must have the vision, knowledge and courage
to advance solutions that deliver results.

Welcome to the Leadership Institute of Nevada

Recent disruptions have forced educators and stakeholders to reimagine and redesign education. The Leadership Institute of Nevada believes strong empowered leadership is a crucial lever for systemic change. Our unparalleled programs expose education leaders to new ideas and ways of thinking and shift mindsets around problem solving for adaptive educational challenges. The Institute exemplifies education entrepreneurship through the utilization of three strategies: Direct Impact, Widespread Impact, and Systemic Impact to successfully serve Nevada and communities across the nation. Most importantly, our programs enable leaders to collaboratively analyze and develop actionable solutions, both within and across school districts, in order to achieve better outcomes for students.
