Early Childhood Leadership Academy

The Early Childhood Leadership Academy (ECLA), launched in 2024, is a comprehensive six-week program comprising 60 hours of instruction, with each session lasting 10 hours. This initiative aims to empower early childhood education administrators—who serve children ages six and younger—with the essential skills, knowledge, and strategies necessary for leading and managing effective, equitable, and culturally competent early learning environments. The curriculum focuses on enhancing understanding and practical application in critical areas such as early literacy, learning readiness and family engagement.
